Forecash Sports is a fantasy sports analytics and data research platform. Forecash Sports does not operate as a sportsbook, gambling platform, or licensed gaming operator. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations applicable to fantasy sports and gambling in their jurisdiction.
All subscription fees are charged in U.S. dollars and processed through third-party payment processors. Forecash Sports reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, with or without advance notice.
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any partial subscription period, unused features, or contest entry fees once a billing period has commenced. Users are encouraged to take full advantage of the free 1-day trial prior to subscribing. Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the Site will remain available through the end of the paid period.
Forecash Sports reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Forecash Sports offers member rewards contests and commissioner-hosted private contests. If you'd like to participate in a rewards contest without being a subscriber, please email support@forecashsports.com and we can facilitate that process. You will be required to provide your full legal name, legal street address, and zip code to comply with applicable law and tax reporting standards.
Your use of the Site is subject to Forecash Sports's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of our data collection, use, and sharing practices. Images uploaded to the Site for AI analysis are processed in real time and are not stored by Forecash Sports beyond the duration of the analysis session.

You represent and warrant that all information provided at signup is accurate and complete. Providing false or inaccurate legal name or address information may result in forfeiture of any prizes or winnings and termination of your account.
Guest accounts created for contest participation via an invite link are limited to access of the specific contest for which they were created and do not include access to subscription features or tools.

However, no security system is impenetrable and Forecash Sports cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or access your personal information. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF FORECASH SPORTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.
